have any idea of games that is suitable for children that are mental disorder ?? i need it fast !!!?

is for charity work,my friends and i want to like have a party for those kids there....please help ....

i worked with children an adults with mental disorder. do anything keep in mind any games that a 4 5 year old will do . they enjoy Field day games races , jump rope, bean bag race, also do a macaroni necklace race an string who can string them the fastest. you can make anything a game for kids
