Making the assumptions that on each spinner it's equally likely to land on any number and that you're asking for the prob that A lands on 8 or 9 AND that B lands on 1...

Pr (A lands on 8 or 9 and B lands on 1) = 2/5 * 1/5 = 2/25

q1) landing on 3 is a million/8 , because each of the numbers have equivalent danger to be landed on there are 8 numbers so p.b is a million/8 Q2) there are a million , 2 and three that are below 4 so p.b to land below 3 is =3/8 Q3) there are 7 different numbers it may likely land on if no longer landing on 5 so p.b is 7/8 Q5) there are 2 numbers a lot less thsn 3 so p,b = 2/8 =a million/4
