My periods are very light and only last three days. Is this normal?

On the first day i get light bleeding then abit heavier but by the 2nd and 3rd day my period is really light. i'm 22 and not on the pill.

Yes, everyone's cycle is different. Just be thankful your not those of us who have 7 straight days of heavy periods. The only time you should be worried is when your not having your period or something suddenly changes about the characteristics.

yes this is normal, don't worry about it. Mine are really light and only last 2-3 days. If I wanted to be nasty, I could wear one pad for my entire period, that's how light mine are lately.

Yes. Throughout you lifetime you will experience different cycle stages. Don't worry too much unless it becomes "smelly" then call your doctor cause somethin ain't right.

If your diet has changed, than it can affect your cycle. Or if you've began using some sort of birth control this can happen also.
