Some people can never take the hint---you have to just come out and tell him that you are NOT his friend and to stop bothering you-- he sounds like a stalker-- just because they start out as your "friends" that doesn't mean they don't want to be more than a friend to you-- it's a guy thing- so dump him and stay away for your own sanity and safety.

you don't ... you just distance yourself from him ... no matter what you say to him it will not come out nicely and he'll really be hurt ... just find new interests
