I think every girl and maybe even guys go through an experimental phase in life...If I could guess, I would say you married and had children at a pretty young age and maybe didn't get a chance to really come into your own as a woman before you became a wife and mother. I think it is perfectly normal to think you are having feelings for this person...she intrigues you. You need to decide whether you are happy in your marriage and let this crush pass or whether you need to end it and see what else is out there for you.
If I was you I would just have fun at work with this girl and go home to your husband and act out any fantasies you may be having about her with your man...you don't have to tell him.

We can be attracted to different people differently. In other words, you probably do like her (and alot) but because of that you confuse the KIND of like it is.

You like her as a friend. Maybe as a "girlfriend". Someone you would like to share lots of things with, maybe even intimacy. That doesn't make you a lesbian. It means you need some intimacy with a close friend. My advice, just continue your friendship with her, let it go where it will. If you believe it will become sexual...back up and set boundaries!

Good luck!
