I am 24 now.
I am hoping that when I turn 34, I'll stop ageing.

I love it.

I'm 47 right now and I think this might be the best age ever, but I've thought that same thing about every age I've been. (except 29, for some reason I didn't like that age)

There are so many amazing things that happen with each stage of life. So many discoveries about yourself and the world and people around you.

I loved being a teen and when I was in my 20's and newly married I was so blissful. At 27, I was a new mom and at 32 I was a new mom again. At this age, my boys are growing and one has already flown the nest and I have more time to read and volunteer and play. I expect that in my 50's, life will hand me some more surprises. Maybe some grandchildren or some travel excitement with my wonderful husband.

I think it's important to live every year to the fullest and enjoy each stage of your life. There's so much to learn and old is really only a state of mind for those who give in to it. I'm as young as I ever have been. :) Just ask my kids.

I was mentally "old" long before i even became a "adult" (18yrs). Looking back when i was a kid it really sucked, as a teen it was massively stressful. Shortly after that i married and had kids. I'm now in my 20's and i watch the number of my age go up every year and looking back now, i feel younger now then i did when i was 16 or 18 yrs old. I'm prefectly fine with getting older, It's less stressful, at lest it is for me. Getting older is a ride of passage in a way, it's also an accomplishment. Someday i'll be a very old women and i will many stories to tell, and thats kewl.

getting old is a privilege.

oh yes i had fun when i could in the growing up and made many a fond memory that will be with me a long time.

but like everything else there was a down-side to being young. like the times when others like boneheads were in control and there was no choice.

but the thing about being young is that you need to enjoy as long as you can then it's gone and you need to control. but there is a time when you actually do realize that you don't need to be in their rat race and you head in the direction where peace of mind can be had the most. a lot of people call it a state of mind but when you have it....well it's as close to real freedom as you get sometimes.

I think getting old is all in your mind.

I think being old is the difference between sledding down a hill with all your friends, while just watching your kids do it.

Sometimes I feel great, because I know so much more now and I am more patient and understanding. But, then there are those other times where it is a little sad.

I don't want to watch myself wither and die. I'm so uncertain about the future as it is, I'm not sure I want to think about that. I'd have to say fear more than anything. But if I had someone walking along that path down the road of mortality with me, I certainly wouldn't be so frightened. :D

Age is just a number. Most importantly I get wiser while getting older.

It's a fact of life, we age every millisecond of our lives. I'm not going to stop it so I might as well enjoy the ride.
