buil is a pre release. build has bugs, release has these solved.

Build is the process of removing the bugs from a developed software. Generally this one is carried out during the process fo testing - manual or automatic.
When the testing process is completed and all bugs are removed, the final build code becomes the release code.

build - this refers the product is under desing and manufacturing stage
release - this refers the product which is manufactured is entered market for their sale is release
