I still work for Yahoo! Answers. We've been focusing much of our attention on Customer Care to improve the accuracy of violations. We also have some new features in the works to remove abusive content from Yahoo! Answers much more quickly. There are many other things as well, but those are the main points from the Community Management standpoint. Feel free to let us know what you'd like to see.
