They're all over Hollywood Boulevard, starting from Hollywood & Vine, down to Hollywood & Highland. I would say about 5 different places between those 8 blocks.

Ink'd I think that's the name of the Tattoo show... not Miami Ink... the other one!!! Good choice... and for the chick on top saying its permanent... NO!! its not permanent... there's lazer that takes them off... besides, with all the technology they are coming out with... by that time, I'm sure there's going to be an eraser or something that will take them off... besides, now a days... who lives that long... no worries... do it!

Imagine when you're 80 years old and you have a huge skull or rose on your arm or leg. how will you feel then?? don't do it. it hurts, you can get infections, and it's PERMANENT!!!!!!!! you probably won't listen though...no offense. sorry.
