any ever really seen a ghost, or think it;s the trick of the mind?

i have never seen a ghost, but that might be because i dont really believe in them, i kinda wanna see one just to prove myself wrong, i dont know why, i do get chills sometimes when i'm in a room alone

I did not believe in ghosts, I thought that people who believed in ghosts were being silly. That changed one summer night. About fifteen friends and I were out at a lake camping and partying. I was in highschool at the time. I went to go find a place to pee and as I was walking through the woods I looked out at the lake. What I saw was beyond belief. It was a cloudy, transparent, barely there woman gliding across the lake. At first I thought I was seeing things but I continued staring at the figure and it turned and faced me then vanished. I felt this horrible fear like nothing else and just started crying. Something just felt really bad. I ran back to camp, but didn't tell anyone what happened for obvious reasons. I'm not sure what the hell happened that night but I"m not so sure ghosts don't exist.

I see them on occasion with a non-human entity thrown in. I don't have the ability to talk to them directly which seems to irritate them as much as it does me. My grandmother came back often to check on my mother who has been sick for a long time. A good friend came back three times to see me soon after dying. I had to tell him to leave. Belief has nothing to do with it. You could be looking at a ghost and not really know it. Walking down the street in an old city and you notice someone along the next street that seems somewhat out of place by their dress or something. You look away for a moment and they are gone. I don't recommend going to haunted houses or such. You may not be dealing with a human spirit. A human spirit cannot really do anything to you as we have all of our authority in the flesh. A bad tempered entity can toss a frig at you. Its not a religion or a matter of belief. Yes the mind can and does play tricks on you and there are numerous illnesses that can cause you to see things. Personally, I always assume there is a rational, logical explanation for things. That comes from having degrees in aeronautics, and electronics. I also work in a high tech Field.

This is like an unsolved phenomenon, lol.
Truth is we'll never know. The human mind is a great, vast mystery in itself, really.
I guess I do agree with the statement that the mind 'tricks' us into believing to see what's not really there.
Personally, I've yet to experience one don't think I care to have one, lol. Neither am I a believer nor a skeptic but these are just beyond our comprehension so who knows?
Noone from the 'other' side has come back to write a memoir or anything=P

It has been propsed that ghosts are a trick on the mind. Here is how it works.

Think of it as watching a film in the theatre.

You see the action on the screen but it being projected there by the projector.

Ghosts are energy that present themselves through the witnesses mind and projecting outward as an image.

Ghosts are real and those who see them are not crazy because they are light energy which rely on the mind to manifest.

I've seen ghost, but not everyone can. However, 96% of people can sense a ghost in a room. You will know if there is a ghost in a room by the following signs: 1: it suddenly gets cold or 2:you feel like someone is watching you or 3: you feel something touch you but you look and no one is there. And just so you know, ghost rarely actually look like people. Sometimes they just look like blobs, or the shape of a person.

I've seen one and it wasn't a trick of the mind. I have never seen one again or before that. I thought it was a bunch of bunk too until I saw one. Nothing like seeing to make you a believer.
Even my parents don't believe me because they never saw one. But my husband and daughter do.They never saw one though.

One day i was on my way to school,andall of a sudden i started feeling like if someone was watching me,and started feeling like weird and stuff.But it turned out to be my friend Carlos that was in the same bus.lol..So to answer your question,Yeah it might just be a mind trick.

well there arent ghosts its the devil making images to scare you dont worry though because just say away devil ok? Think this someone coming to haunt you there dead what can they do there dead?
