To wear a bra or not to wear a bra? Do you need to wear a bra @ all? When I was smaller, I went without one. You would need to wear tops that aren't see through of course, at least not during the day. :) Otherwise go to a good quality store like Neiman Marcus, where they have great customer service & would help fit you.

I don't know what your size is, but a padded bra won't do any good unless you get your measurements. They come in all sizes, shapes and colors. Maybe a push-up bra? This will give you the look of having a bigger chest, but you need to ask yourself,
"do I really want attention from guys that only notice me because of big boobs, or would I rather have attention from guys who like me, rather than my chest?"
