According to the USPS track and confirm, my order was supposedly delivered today at 4:30pm. However, I didn't receive it. Am worried it went to the wrong address. I can't find a number to call for customer service on Amazon.com. Anyone else had this same problem?

Were you home? If not, did you check with your neighbors? Sometimes the carrier will leave a package with them.

Is the area where they might have left it secure? It's possible it was stolen. Not uncommon this time of year.

You might want to contact your credit card company and dispute the charge, if you can't get it cleared up right away.
