After I downloaded and installed Norton Go Back, I clicked on the Enable button and restarted the computer, but it keeps coming back up saying it's disabled. I don't get it.

You may not have enough disk space for a GoBack image or the product hasn't been activated.

I would contact Symantec support @ 800-441-7234 as this venue only allows for single answers, not dialogue like a forum, therefore answering your question in full can get difficult.

No. Do no longer placed each for your laptop, that could be over kill and a most important hog, given that norton to start with is a most important useful resource hog. Not to say the truth that you will have to under no circumstances have extra then one virus defense software set up for your laptop. Now if it is as much as the ones 2 I could screw the Norton Internet Security, as that's the worst one and factors a massive time lag and pass with the Norton Antivirus. But if it have been me I'd fail to remember norton all in combination and pass with the so much pleasant AVG, that wont reason your laptop to lag. it presents a loose and and paid variation of it.
