teen agers dress foolishly.....they haven't learned that its not the wrapper its the candy............dressing provocatively may gain them attention in school, but when that attention is acted on and they realize that they are only appreciated as an object....they begin to understand...its an empty unfullfilling life Older females dress more conservatively in public.......It is a shame that men stare at all.....especially at teens

Yes in general most men stare at teen girls more than women at their age because :
1)they are more attractive
2)they are more firm and prettier
3)they are more slim or slender of their body
4)they are more intelligent in appearance
5)they are more talkative or intimate
According to a welknown stateman a woman more than 30 years old ,is like a rubber tree which has no more rubber sap.

They havent grown into the woman bodies yet. Most teenage girls also like to wear things that show a little skin and/or have things that are form fitted to them. Not saying that women dont, but its more likely for a teenage girl.
Plus you have that whole possible virginity thing that turns some men on plus, more woman that are older, are more likely to have gained some weight.
You have to also consider the wrinkle factor. Younger girls dont have so many if not any at all.
There are so many factors into it.
And my main answer for your question... they are just plain stupid sometimes.

I don't think that's true.....when I was a teen I adored the beauty of older women. In fact, as I age, I still find myself looking at women about my age or older. That's not to say teen girls aren't pretty...they certainly are in their own way. But, just wanted to make a point that maybe it seems that way to you, but is not the case.

Anyway, you can't really count the number of men who stare at teen girls more and the number of those who stare at mature women more...It's just not possible.

wait till you get old, where I am men who are 60 are usually with 25 year olds. I've heard that men are naturally attracted to the most "fertile" women.

My guess is because their bodies are still firm while age tends to make one gravity challenged. I know if I go without a bra I have a hard time keeping my dogs in the yard...if I don't keep them tied up they just roam the whole neighborhood.

because teen girls are more naive and more youthful looking than women their age. It is sick how grown folks prey upon the kids & teens for sexual gratification.
