Oh the movie This Is Spinal Tap is a great example, not only that, you don't have to be a big Spinal Tap fan to enjoy this movie. Also, check Beverly Hills Ninja.

I know exactly what you meant by that question, The anwser to that question is Student Bodies. Very funny movie. Its about this guy "The Breather" who is killing teenagers at this High School, who are having sex. its pretty old though, from the early 80's.
