Hi it really depends if you like this guy or you don't. If you like him and you think he's cute I say go for it! If you don't like him and you want to be friends just say I would really like to be just friends ( in a nice way) I would love to have a guy do that to me!

Well to me it wont be hard to know what to do. If u like him the way or as much as he likes u then u should tell him and maybe u guys might start to go out.

If I liked him, I'd tell him that I liked him too, and start going out with him. If I disliked him, I would: say, "I'm sorry... but can I just forget that you said that?" (it's a bit harsh, but gets the message through), or introduce another friend that you think is right for him, or tell him, "I already have someone in my heart... but I wouldn't mind being your friend..." or, "sorry. no can do. bye bye"

Start with: are you both single? How did he say it? Have you known him for a long time? Do you trust him? How old are you both?
The first thing I'd do is say "I'm very flattered! Thank you! But this is really sudden; please give me some time to think about all this."

OD NOT TELL HIM IT"S ME NOT U!! DO NOT!!! that will make him either mad or sad. all u can tell him is "i'm sorry, but i don't like u like that" try to avoid him until u are almost by urselves. he will get a little mad or sad, but he will get over it
