Is there anything I can do to try to impress my boyfriend's parents? They don't speak much English so I don't ever really talk to them. Can anyone reccommend something that will make them think I'm not a complete dork? All I can say is rice and big. So maybe something nonverbal would be best.

Khymer people are usually very kind. Maybe you could learn some simple phrases in their language and try using them . I bet they'd like it. Bring them some good fruit when you go over to their house.

depends, if they are very traditional i would suggest being subtle but if not just try to show your openess at meeting them and being very friendly (non verbal of course).
unfortunately, i don't know much about khmer except that they are from cambodia ( i believe) and what i have read. i hope this helps.

um learn the language would probably be the best start.
