If you're asking the question in general, then the answer depends on the individual; some people can tolerate lower temperatures easily. But if you're asking about me personally, well, I don't pay attention to the temperature. I just dress according to how I feel in the weather that day. But it's never on a cool or chilly day; I'm thin and can't stand being lightly dressed in cooler weather.

Depends on where you live. In Canada, people go out with a Tshirt when the temperature is 30 below, but Americans can't stand it much colder than 50 degrees above zero.
