thats what victorias secret is. i dont fully understand the "does it depend on who's wearing it or is it a mystery company name?" part.
Its just a store called Victoria Secrets. doesnt really matter whos wearing it.

Ugh, no both "Shade" and "CoolCat..." are wrong. The company's name is a reference to Queen Victoria. It was created in the early 1970's by Roy Raymond, a man. The insides of the store are to create a feel of a 19th century budoir, possibly Queen Victoria's.
