a 1919 one franc coin is listed as KM# 844.1. It is made of .835 silver and contains .1342 oz actual silver weight. It looks like they minted an awful lot of 1 Franc coins dated 1915-1919. The early issues before 1915 are scarcer, as well as the 1920, which was the last of the silver Francs. In grades very fine and below, it is only worth the silver value in it. That changes, as silver goes up and down. In high grades it sells for $3.50-$5.00. You would get less from a world coin dealer. Usually, unless it is the country of origin, small denomination coins are not collected by may people. They like the big stuff. Very few say French coin collectors, collect American small cents, but do collect our silver dollars. Hope this answers your question
