CCC is wrong. the U.S.Constitution only stipulates that we are free to pursue our own religious beliefs, it does NOT say anything about being excused from employment. Therefore, if your husband TRULY wants Sunday's off to worship, his bosses can (and probably will) say: "Fine, go to your church service and then come one in." This is what I used to do when I had my own business. Also, I know of no religion that prohibits work on Sundays, except perhaps the JW's. But hell, they're all nuts anyway.

No law.
But why your husband want to worship only on sunday. He can choose any other best time to pray.
To worship its between you and almighty who is always there. Its your time that you have to find to worship and be a good Humanitarian.

He can't be required to work on Sunday. But his employer can make working on Sunday a condition of continued employment.

His recourse is to find a job where he doesn't have to work on Sunday.

Since we have separation of church and state, if people can't work the hours required by the job, they probably shouldn't take that job.

Now in Iran they probably have laws to protect worship...
