Most of your drive would be along I-70. On Mapquest it is about 1130 miles, so I say about 19 hours driving. You know that both Pennsylvania and Ohio state trooper are super, and strict.
If you have the time, try to visit some famous places along your way, for example Brother Wright original Airplane is on exhibit in Dayton, Ohio, and President Lincoln magnificent Tomb in Springfield Illinois.
If you are into sports, you will be close to many NFL Stadiums and Baseball Park, Steelers, Colts, Rams, Reds, Cardinals, etc....
Enjoy your drive, and take frequent rest, I drove most of it, but not in one trip, it is a nice drive.

It takes longer than 16 hours 40 minutes--just do the math on the distance. You aren't going 70 from start to finish, and you have to make stops.
I think it used to take me almost that long to go from StL to Phil. Of course, speed limits have been raised since them, but I didn't necessarily follow them at the time.

It's 1130 miles so if you average 55 miles per hour, it would take about 20 1/2 hours.
