one would think, that you know you're sister better than anyone here, that you would be the best judge of the proper gift.
you know what she likes and already has enough of.
you also know her age group, so the question you ask is really hard to nail down without all of the facts, afore mentioned, so the only conclusion that we are left with is a gift card to her favorite store.

ok if she is girly go to charlotte russe, delias, or forever 21- get her a top from there they are awesome!
if she isnt it girly but like punky/goth- Hot topic
anything else just get her a mall gift card..
