Shut down the computer after checking all my favorite sites. Write in my journal. Wake up my husband who's fallen asleep in front of the TV. Brush my teeth and go to bed. He checks that the doors are locked and sets the security alarm.
Sometimes I read before bedtime.

I visit with my daddy, then I go to my house and hang out with my basset pup Harley. We go for a long walk and then we play with his toys for a while. I clean up the house, run the dishwasher. Talk to my son on the phone, talk to my old man, read my bible, watch a little TV and then go to sleep.

I get cleaned up (brush my teeth, etc.) then do crunches and push-ups just to stay in shape. Then I'll usually watch TV until I fall asleep.

I watch a movie, put my niece to bed, then play with my turtles for bit, then call my boyfriend until I fall asleep.

take my contacts out....brush my teeth....go to the bathroom...watch tv...and turn off the tv then go to sleep
