I am an 18 year old IRANian overseas student living in NOTTINGHAM,but my skin IS dark and i overheard my classmates taking behind my back GOSSIPING ABOUT ME ACCUSING me of being a terrorist!!!!!,i feel very HURT and dont know what to say to them,should i CONFRONT them why they think so?or should i keep it to myself?

confront them because they shouldnt start mess like that

It does not matter what poeple say. As long as you be yourself you should not worry about everyone else. They are gossiping because they do not have anything else to talk about and they need something to divert their attention. You should confront them and tell them in a nice way that they should not judge you about what happen these last few years. They should get to know you better instead of talking behind your back.

speak up, don't get trampled. they are only intimidated by you so they'll listen when you talk to them.
