this aint a question but its a good answer....i lost 10lbs in a week and all i did was play basketball for 2 hours then lift weights upper workout..after all this i went and got in the sauna for 20 mins. it only took me 3 hrs to do all this. oh and dinner i only eat cereal..

a sauna will suck water out of you like nobody's business. eat more smaller meals throughout a given day to keep your metabolism up rather than lets say 3 large meals in a day, and make sure to not skip breakfast. most people think that eating breakfast makes them gain weight when in reality it gets your metabolism going right away. dont overeat but eat enough healthy food/well rounded to replenish energy and to rebuild your muscles after a workout. eating cereal 24-7 isnt gonna be an answer, although im not saying thats what you're doing. drink plenty of water because it flushes your system out and helps you regain strength and recover faster. losing weight is a lengthy process that takes discipline and motivation. dont lose it

It's called water weight. I weighed 210lbs this morning, cross-country skied for 10 miles this afternoon (sweating like a pig the whole time) and didn't eat lunch. I probably weigh about 204 right now, but by tomorrow a.m., after a big dinner and lots of rehydrating, I'll be back to 210 again.

So, yeah, 2hrs of b-ball + weights + sauna... I'm not surprised you lost 10 lbs.

But, if you're doing this to lose weight... well... it's a very short-term solution because you probably haven't burned much in the way of fat. You've just dehydrated yourself, and you'll be gulping big jugs of water over the next 24hrs to compensate for that, which'll put you back close to your original weight.
