The fact that every week he mentioned that the McDonald brothers were Scottish .... does he ever mention the nationality of the others? Then he tries to cover up by saying '' I'm half Scottish '' What's that got to do with the performance of a group? Why even mention the fact they are Scottish? Does anyone else reckon he doesn't like the Scots for some reason ?

I am a huge Simon fan ... it's just the fact he kept going on and on about being Scottish that was starting to annoy me.

No I dont get that impression. Louis is childish and I think he tried to make out that Simon doesnt like the Scots and that is why Simon kept mentioning that he was Scottish to prove that he is not anti.

Lets face it.....would you buy several of their albums. They will only ever have been a one horse show. Are they in the league of Leona?????

No I don't think he does mention they are Scottish because he is anti- scot...it is blatant that the patriotic Scottish people voted for them even though they were a pile of cheesy crap...and if anyone should be accused of banging on about them coming from Scotland it should be Louis...never shut up about it cos he knew thats the only way they would stop in the competition.

i think that saying they were scottish was meant to be like a fun fact. it had nothing to do with the performance, just something interesting. that does not make simon anti-scottish. maybe you just don't like him.

Anti-Scottish would be an odd thing to be.
