If you are using IE7 just click on the yellow star at the left of the bar.

Go to the folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_NAME\Favorites\
Copy the contents and paste then in the same folder, but with YOUR_NAME_2.

I believe you can export them from the "File" menu. Then import them into the new browser.

open the old one and click on FILE > IMPORT/EXPORT to export them to your hard drive.
then do just the opposite in the new one

they are in a folder as cookies in your My Computer
