Bad omens can be portentious.
Heralds are messengers.

Neither ordinance or infused are "natural conditions"
Are you allowed to use in relation or as opposites?

If so, I would say that an outside factor is "infused"
with natural conditions. Or that when you infuse
something you "instill" it.

An ordinance is ordained by authority.
So it can be "instilled" but is not a "natural condition"

So I am not sure on the last two.
