i Have a winter formal dance coming up, i need a nice simple dress that covers most of my chest area, but isn't too expensive. If you could give me a link and picture that would be great!!

But I must say that it is better to go to the stores rather than searching the net fit and color are important and must be done in person!
Also check the trendy area in your town you may find consignment stores and vintage shops or even better a new trendy store. Remember the sales rack!
