she probably is. she will use the baby to keep in touch with him, plus she will probably hit him up for child support as well and since this is his child he will have to pay.

Maybe the girl just wants your boyfriend to take the responsibility of being the baby's father. I mean, he was just as responsible for producing the baby.
Which means you are the future stepmother.
So practice up on on changing those stinky mustard diapers.
