hey u guys! well am 3 years with my bf he is a football player and i feel very insecure am a nice grl but i cant stop winderin what is he doin with me and y he didnt choose a model or somethin..i just want to stop that jealusy of mine its ruinin my relationship..what can i do????

You said it yourself, he could choose to be with anyone, BUT he chooses to be with you. Get some confidence in yourself, if you know you are a good, kind, and compassionate person,there's your confidence! Jealousy IS insecurity and will destroy a relationship quickly. So quit trying to analyze your situation, go with the flow and have fun!

Be self confident and don't belittle yourself. Jealousy usually arises from insecurity. Know your positive traits and dwell on them. Loving does not have any reason. Whoever and whatever you are, love is just love, he had loved you and you have to be good to yourself and accept that fact graciously.

FIRST ASK YOURSELF IF HE GIVES YOU ANY REASONS TO BE SO JEALOUS ?IF NOT YES YOU CAN PUSH HIM INTO MESSING UP !MAKE A LIST OF THINGS HE IS DOING THAT MAKES YOU JEALOUS AND DISCUSS IT WITH HIM AND MAYBE HE CAN GIVE YOU SOME COMFORT TO TRUST .MAYBE YOU NEED TO START HANGING WITH YOUR FRIENDS WHEN YOU CANT BE WITH HIM .GOOD LUCK
