Start learning some programming languages such as C++, pascal, whatever you can. You will learn from there.

I'd start by learning enough not to ask about hacking this way.

Then, I'd find something that interests me, Google some terms until I found a forum where people sound like they know what they are doing.

I'd lurk for a while, then ask smarter questions than "hey, how do I learn how to be an advanced hacker?" (suggestion: If you see someone discussing a paticular exploit, and you don't understand everything, ask ONE -- and only ONE -- question about it in a reply).

After doing this for a while, I'd start working on some basic exploits, and asking for help with those, making it clear I was exploiting a system I owned or for which I had permission to hack.

After a while of doing that, I would learn new skills quickly and become good at it.

Or, as the saying goes, how do you get to Carnegie Hall? Practice. Lots of practice.

Assuming you've already mastered the basics such as writing html, programming, network management, and exploitation of security weaknesses...all you need to do is learn to decrypt and write complex algorithms.
