As far as I've heard, she has no kids. She's been in the spotlight for so long, I can't imagine no one would have noticed her pregnant!
Her sister, on the other hand, does have a little boy. Her name is Solange and her son is named Daniel. Seen pictures, and he's really cute.

He's actually her sister Solange's son - she had him at a young age, I believe she was 18 ;)
