Please only list places that offer rental to 20 year old drivers, not just any old rental place, that would be great!

Please dont tell me to ask a friend, if i had that option i wouldn't ask the question, plus i know the "usual" age is 21, again, hence the question!

minimum age would usually be 21 due to insurance companies requirements.
best of asking a friend and arranging yor own insurance.

legal minimum in britain for renting vehicles is 21 years old and i think 2 years experience
