You already know stress may be your problem. So forget it! Have you as a couple been checked to find out if there is any other reason for not conceiving? If you are both physically able to conceive, then why not take a relaxing vacation, forget about everything else that is going on in your lives. Just be romantic, and know you have all the time in the world. Enjoy being together. There are some techniques that will help with fertilization, but this is not the place to discuss them. Sometimes people just have a hard time procreating, and try for years, then when they give up trying, all of a sudden they are going to have a baby.

Know when you are ovulating. If you have a typical 28-30 day cycle, usually ovulation occurs between days 9-16, counting the first day of your last period as day one. If you can, get away for a few days during days 13-16. Even a B&B or nice hotel in your own town and make a big difference. Taking yourself out of the home environment of dishes, ringing phones, barking dogs, etc. can help set the mood and help you to relax. A vacation somewhere is also a good idea, if you can afford it and can get away. Just be sure to time it during your normal ovulation time. Good luck!

First, breathe deep - it will happen if it is meant to! Second, your best bet is to track when you are ovulating. You could buy the test strips, which aren't great and are somewhat expensive. You could also buy on of those fertility monitors, which are very expensive (both the monitor and the strips it uses). Or, you can use what I used to get pregnant four times - it is a fertility microscope. Basically, it is simply a low-power microscope into which you put a drop of saliva and let dry. When you are approaching your fertile time, you will see fern-like patterns. You can Google "fertility microscope" and there is a ton of info. Lots of brand names out there, some cost $50, I got mine on Ebay for $12. Really, any microscope would work, even a kid's toy one. The ones advertised are small and discreet, lipstick-sized (though I've only ever used mine at home, so who cares?). Hope this helps, and remember - relax!!

First why don't you try making love again? Don't make it a chore. It's spose to be fun and it's a new step in both your lives. Know that when it's meant to be it'll be and don't get discourged or upset. Besides trying is half the fun right? So go on some "dates" with your husband and try to make things romantic again. Then when you do have sex you'll forget all about trying to have a baby. Good luck to you and I hope you get you want soon=)

they have these tests that look tlike pregnancy tests that you can get at the drug store to detect when your ovolating. don;'t have sex until then! also, count about 14 days after your period usually thats the time you ovulate. keep his little swimmers built up until it is time for sex so you maximize the chance of pregnancy. but remeber, a watched pot never boils. you need to lower your stress some how and try to find a way to be more tranquil. these will all maximize your chance.

The advice my DR gave me is find out when your ovulating and go at it like rabbits.
Otherwise don't have sex on the other days there is only a couple days a month you can get pregnant any way. My husband and I did this and we got pregnant

Ok the first thing, please ease up on being stressed . Your body knows when you are stressed, Stop trying everyday, your body and your hubby's "sperm" need to reccoop and replenish. Have fun! And have sex every other day, Espcially when you are ovulating. My hubby and I "stopped trying" and I not kidding, a month or two later we were pregnant. I am due on Friday!
Good Luck!
