How can you make saturated powder deslove with out adding water?

I might be wrong but I think you mean how can you dissolve more solid in a saturated solution without adding anymore water. This can be done by heating the solution that contains the excess solid beyond the solutions saturated limit. The higher energy caused by the heat allows for more solid to dissolve into the saturated solution because of some thermochemical properties that I'm sure you don't have to know. Anyways, the result is a super saturated solution that can be cooled back to room temperature with the excess solid staying dissolved most of the time (depends on the properties of the solid in question). If stimulated in the right way after being cooled (which could be as simple as a slight vibration), the excess solid can rapidly reform and the solution returns to being simply saturated.

Depends on the powder. Heating will usually do it, but sometimes you need to tweak the pH (I'm thinking about solutions of EDTA disodium salt).
