nothing usually..I fall asleep very easy for some reason...when I don't, I take a zanax..hehe

Hot milk at times.. just the feeling of being tired.. going to bed at a set time helps your body to know when to sleep. These all help me

usually just lack of sleep
but i love laying in my bed up north at my cottage and opening the windows, letting the warm wind and cool waves put me to sleep

yes, I agree with alot of these answers, what if we could combine them,,,,,,, a rainy night, next to the ocean, loud waves, after 3 glasses of Cabernet, and a really cuddly warm body next to you, and just the moonlight, to see, and an occasional train, chug chug chug,,,,,,, zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
