I want to suggest a theory -- and want you to jump in and either agree or diasgree with me. Let me say that I am a black guy who tries to tell it as it is - without fear or favor. So, I'm checking out Kramer on YouTube and he gets pretty vile and I figure this guy must have some deep-seated racial issues. But then I ask myself, if I were a white guy, would I like black people?? I think the fair answer is that I would like some and really dislike (or probably even hate) others. Why? It boils down to content of conduct as Dr. King said. I remember when I was in school at Penn (Philadelphia) and often heard that black kids assulted white kids -- and only white kids. If I were a white kid and I got attacked, I am sure that my opinion of "gangsta-looking" black guys would drop.
My theory is that because blacks commit most crime (in proportion to population) in the US, it gives everyone a reason to dislike them - in addition to being all gangsta - which suggests violence.

to me, its never ok to dislike one person for something another did,,,,,,, and as to crimes,,,,, if you consider all crimes, im not sure their percentage is disapportionate to their percentage of population,,,,,if we are going to label groups based on some of their members commiting crimes,, we pretty much would have to dislike everyone in america!

You said you were black. And when you describe blacks you said "Them" as if you aren't black which I believe you aren't any. You also generalized black's as well.
Anyway.
If I was white and I got beat up by blacks I would not hate most or some blacks, I would hate the individuals that harmed me, not there race. Even if your theory and statistics were true, there is no reason or excuse to prejudge everyone of a race. Would you hand over your wallet to a complete stranger that was white? Just cause there race have lower crime rate? I thought so.

and on the Mike Richards thing ... HE IS A DAMNED COMEDIAN. It is his job to push the buttons of people. What comedian would you go see if they didn't insult someone. That is the idea behind them. The problem is when there are people who hide behind the color of their own skin , or nationality, or religion. Go turn on Comedy Central for some stand up (Mind of Mensa so you can get a so called "minority" take on how to insult someone effectively and not have the audience ***** and whine about being offended). If you don't want to be offended by a joke I got a knock-knock for you:
