I lift weights 4 days a week at the gym. I'm very motivated in doing my workouts. My problem is that I've been going for about 6 months & I'm not seeing a real change in my muscle size. There's been some change, but not much & I've got this belly that doesn't seem to want to go away even though I'm doing my sittups. There's several guys that I work out with & actually work with at my job that are on steriods. I always thought they were bad for you, but I don't really know a whole lot about them. They say that it increases your size quicker. They totally believe in taking them. Is that something I should consider to boost my muscle mass & help to lose weight or are they totally bad for your health?

I'm 5'10" 235 lbs. When I first started lifting I struggled with gains too. Steroids is no way to go. EAT A LOT if you want to gain muscle and strength, as for that belly...run forest run. Sit ups make your belly poke out, not burn fat. Doing sit ups is like doing push ups...it doesn't burn fat it make your muscles bigger. The biggest thing about weight lifting is consistency...dont skip days in the gym and no matter what dont skip meals. Stay strong buddy

Replacing your evidently-produced testosterone can and can make your testicles smaller as they emerge as lazy from no longer having to provide the hormone your frame demands. They are practically advised to sluggish or quit testosterone creation in accordance with the top T stages within the blood. Kinda like if in case you have a damaged arm for decades, while you get out of the forged the muscle tissues might be smaller considering they've no longer been used for awhile.

Well..they will help your arms and neck and thighs get bigger and more muscular, but they will shrink your penis and they also will cause erectile dysfunction. So with that said, if you don't mind those side effects that will last a lifetime, unlike your big muscles that will shrivel as soon as you stop taking it....then go right on ahead! Oh..and don't forget the uncontrollable RAGE that comes with it....Might want to warn your friends like us girls do when we get PMS.

Long steroid use leads to shrinking balls and an imbalance in hormones.
