You will have to tell us what it means.
That romanization in pinyin (the one used in China) would be "qi neizang," which doesnt make a lot of sense. It could also be a typo for "chi neizang," which means to eat inner organs, which is icky, but at least linguistically correct. Qi and chi are different sounds, which is why it matters.
Here are some rough equivalents:
Qi = chee
Chi = chur (as in church)
Nei = nay
Zang = dzang (like the dz sound in kudzu)
Like I said, though, tell us the meaning as we can tell you the exact pronunciation!

There is not a way to type it. In this case, inflection means alot. (the way you say it) If you do not say it correctly, you ll end up saying somthin else
