I know that my choir teacher gave me some websites, but none of them actually helped. My best recomendation would be to get some music and try to sight read parts of it everyday. After a while, you'll find that you are better at sightreading. That's pretty much what I have been doing over the past year. Infact, just practicing in choir or by myself with some music from my teacher, I'm better than I was at the beginning of the school year by far. Good luck, hun, I'm sure that you can get some sightreading material for free from a teacher or even a hymnal at church.
