That's a matter of perspective. So i gather you are asking for our individual perspectives.

So for mine it is to have fun and experience the most this life has to offer while doing it. I want to travel, meet people, live overseas, but at the same i want a decent career so i can make a difference in this world.

I guess it means get off your *** and do something productive and satisfying every waking moment of your life instead of sitting on the couch all day, every day watching the world pass you by because life's just to short to waste. Just go for it, do everything you can and more. Frankly I haven't lived life to the fullest by far. And it's not likely I ever will. Maybe in the next life. Still, I have no regrets. So, live long and prosper.

The basic definition is to live your life in a very productive, active way, enjoying various activities, etc.

"He lived a full life" means he had all kinds of activities, adventures, interests, etc.
