I dunno -- high school genetics textbooks would have you believe that it's a strict either/or proposition. The pea plants are either TALL or short. No middle ground.

But I think both genes come into play, here. I've seen a lot of mixed African/Asian kids, and they have a lovely color that isn't as dark as the African side (usually) nor as light as the Asian side (usually). The hair is usually curly. The eyes usually have an Asian cast, but are slightly wider than most Asian eyes. But it depends on the kids and how the gene mixture plays out.

My kids are Northern Euro/Japanese. One has basically Japanese coloring (slightly lighter than her father), and the other has basically Euro coloring (brown hair, skin is maybe lighter than mine). But they definitely show traits from both sides of the family!

So, I would say that African skin color is dominant over Asian skin color, BUT it plays out in many subtle and different ways.

No.

I saw a pitch dark Black man with a brown skin Asian women and there kids were pale with even more slanted eyes than there mother..

Don't listen to the "Black is dominate stuff" that is an old concept to keep other races from marrying blacks. People almost had a heart attack when there was a mixed kid that had super pale skin with blue eyes and blonde hair and shap nose ect. but her mom was black. It was so funny seeing the white supremacist's eyes bulge out when they found out the mother was black and the father had brown hair with brown eyes. Anything can happen when you mix genes.

Genetically darker colors tend to be dominant. (brown over blue eyes, brown over blonde, etc.)
African skin would be dominant but the Asian color would prob. affect it.

Usually, darker is dominant. For example, if a brown-eyed person & a blue-eyed person have a child, odds are that the child will have brown eyes. There are exeptions to the rule.
