What do you like doing?
Do you enjoy dying hair? Do you enjoy styling hair? Do you enjoy making a cake?
Find something that you enjoy doing. Then, write out instructions step-by-step teaching someone how to do it.
Next, put it on a piece of paper.
Example:
How to Pick up Toys with a 14-month Old:
After hours of bouncing off of walls and running into inanimate objects, sit on the floor with the rambunctious toddler. With each toy he pulled out, go with him to pick him up. After it is in his hands, lead him to this toy chest. After instructing him to drop the toy, lead to the next toy to repeat the process. Be prepared that he may try to take out more toys; in that case allow him to take one toy with him to bed.
While that was weak, unorganized, and rather boring...but this is pretty much what you need to write. I deal with my son every day, so this is what I know how to do.

How to ride a motorcycle. I wish I would have done this in 9th grade English. Nobody else in class knew how, and it would have been huge had I done it. But too late now. (It is rather interesting! Not like riding a bike, though.)
Research it!
What 1 guy did was print out step-by-step instructions, then had them laminated and handed out to everybody in class. He got a very good grade for it.
