im not sure if its this one but im pretty sure.
anyway u start by puting ur hands flat then curl your fingers(both hands) so that they touch the very top part of your palms. then resting ur thumbs on ur index fingers u put ur 2 palms together upside down so that the part of ur palms that are right above ur wrists where its the hardest are touching and so that ur fingernails are touching but thats all.
i hope that was easy enough to understand...
