WELL THAT DEPENDS ON IF IT'S SET IN GOLD OR SILVER. IF IT'S A LOOSE STONE IT'S NOT WORTH MUCH OF ANYTHING. ESPECIALLY THAT SMALL OF A STONE. MY GUESS WOULD BE $2-$5. even a diamond that size wouldn't be that costly. but you always have to take into consideration the quality of the stone ..cubic or diamond. there are some beautiful cubics out there. when you look at one look at it as if you were assessing a diamond....color , cut, clarity.
