No!!!!!!!!! Read up on the trial and you will see how ridiculous the charges are! The parents were proven to do shady things for money! You don't see any of the rich and/or famous kids he hung out with accusing him, as a matter or fact they all swear that he never touched them! So you have to wonder why only the poor kids with gold digging parents have accused him! That tells you right there that it is all a bunch of crap! And if your kid was really molested would you want money or justice!?! The only ones who should be locked up are the parents!! You just want to start a witch hunt based on your opinion and that's not the way this country works, so just leave Michael alone and let the professionals determine guilt or innocence!

Did you see with your own two eyes Michael Jackson raping little boys? The court had gone through detailed investigations and he is proven innocent. Those parents who say he raped their children only wants his money. You don't see them filing lawsuits against teachers and their friends for holding sleepovers for their children, don't you? Why? Because these people are not multi-millionaires! Michael Jackson touched these kids the way you touch your nephews. He had a tough childhood and only wanted to make children happier. Don't believe 100% what people tell you unless you see it for yourself.

I don't think it's an opinion, it's more of a guess, since we can be wrong.
And you're obviously only addressing this question to those who think he's guilty because you ask if he should be jailed for the things he did. If we don't think he's guilty, then he shouldn't be locked up.
I digress... I don't think he raped the boys, but I think he did molest them. I wouldn't hang out with Michael Jackson... ever.

I think he is a rapist too! I think he should be locked up too! He is gross why do people think he isn't a rapist he sleeps with little boys do I need to say any more!

I think he is the typical rich celebrity that everyone thinks that can get at just because some of the things he does are a little strange. People see him as a get rich quick scheme, chuck their kids in his place to stay with him the night where he treats them like the way he would have wanted to be treated as a child because he never had a childhood and then sue him the next day.
If a celebrity is in even the most slightly vulnerable situation due to his/her actions people will take advantage of it, this is what is happening here. He is a lovely man who only wants to give to kids what he never had, a childhood filled with joy.

He is weird, he did serve alcohol to kids, but I don't believe he is a rapist. These things where thrown at him his whole life.

I think he's pretty weird from where I'm standing. He probably has done some bad things, but I can't say for sure. I just know I wouldn't allow my children to go to his "fun ranch".
