After seeing the Browns beat the 7-5 Chiefs in the OT, I think the Browns can bounce back, even though, they're already out of the playoffs.

Not likely if they go 2-2 the rest of the way to be 6-10 I'll be impressed.

Thu 12/7 at Pittsburgh 8:00 pm
Sun 12/17 at Baltimore 1:00 pm
Sun 12/24 Tampa Bay 1:00 pm
Sun 12/31 at Houston 1:00 pm

At Pit and At Balt are going to be tough but the last two are definately winable.

I think there is virtually no hope for them to be 8-8. I think the Steelers will unsettle there hope by beating them on Thursday. The Steelers are coming off of a win and they are the reigning Super Bowl Champions. I think that they COULD beat anyone they wanted to, but they just don't have anything going on for them this year. I give the Browns a 25% chance of winning this one, since it is at Pittsburgh.

Even if they don't beat the Browns, then the Browns face the Ravens the next week, who are arguably one of the 3 best teams in the NFL. The Browns just don't match up to them. I give the Browns a 3% chance of winning this game.

After that, the Browns play the Bucs, who I'll give the Browns a 30% chance of beating, as the Bucs are having a down year, but they are still average.

Then, the Browns play the Texans, who they should be able to beat, but the Texans have surprised some, and I give the Browns a 75% chance of winning that one.

That means overall, I give the Browns a .16875% chance of going 8-8 (which means about 1 in a thousand)

I'm a die-hard Browns fan and I can honestly say 'no.' We're a very inconsistent team with no team chemistry. It sucks and it's annoying. We show up one week, but can't the next. If they could use that playbook from Sunday, the rest of the year, we could do it. We have the talent. We just play a lot of conservative football and they still have to prove they're not afraid to throw. We've lost 2 HUGE games on last drives because we were winning, but were playing to lose. I wish I was wrong. I hope we don't get embarrassed Thursday night. But I've lived in this city all my life and followed this team closely...this is the way we roll.

will see if Anderson starts Thursday night how he does if he knows he is going to start, he sure looked good yesterday and if he has a good game against the squeelers if he plays, Frye might have a hard time getting his job back. I think the Browns will win 2 or 3 more games this year.

What I don't understand is this , I know Derek Anderson only played 1 half of football , but he showed more poise , and leadership , and velocity on his throws than I have seen Charlie Frye all year , and also the team seemed more confident with him at QB , Where has this guy been and why is Charlie Frye starting over him it does not make sense ?????????????

Browns are such an interesting team. Along with the Cincy Bengals, they are well known for not being represented well by their record. Browns can make it, just need to keep clicking as a team.

Carlito-

I'm with you. I think the Browns may win 1 or 2 more games. They have momentum and spirit, let's see if they can push through. They are usually very close, then they "throw" the game away with interceptions and poor plays (penalties, too).

No. I think they are getting better and I'd love to see it, but no.
I just hope they beat the squealers
