It depends on what you would define as secluded. Yes the Pitcairn Islands is an excellent answer as well as the rain forest. There are also isolated places in Alaska and Canada that people live as well Greenland, and some places in the Arctic. There is also an island south of Hawaii called Midway that has residents. The Caroline Islands are also quite isolated they are part of Micronesia. I like to play with Google Earth to discover isolated and populated parts of the world (I work with maps of the world and Google Earth helps me for placement).
Good Luck!

It also depends on what you mean by "residents". Some people sell all their land based real estate & buy a boat to travel the world in.

In that case, the answer would be anyone that happens to be in certain areas of the ocean devoid of much shipping traffic & far away from land.

Deep in the Pacific comes to mind.

There are probably some other islands aside from Pitcairn that have people residing on them. Might be a few isolated islands here and there with military installations on them as well.

Probably Pitcairn Island, in the South Pacific. It has about 50 residents and it's nearest neighbor is New Zealand.
